JRTL provide a range of bonding and moulding shop consumables used during manufacture or repair of structural composite / reinforced plastic components.

JRTL supply a comprehensive range of portable hot bonding control systems.  We have over 20 years experience in the design, manufacture and supply of this equipment to the adhesive metal bonded / composite, aerospace repair and associated industries.  Primarily developed for the control, acceleration and monitoring of resin cures, they also have a variety of other uses, eg.- osmotic repairs in the marine industry.

All units are:  

Fibre reinforced plastic components now constitute more than 40% of airliners and ever increasing proportions on military aircraft and helicopters.  Our hot bonding controllers have been sold to numerous airlines, aircraft manufacturers and military establishments for component manufacture and repair. 

JRTL design a variety of heat sources specifically for the manufacture and repair of adhesive metal bonded / composite applications.

These include:

• Flexible Rubber Heater Mats
• Hot Knife Cutters and Hot Air Blower Systems
• Insulated Jacket and Base Heaters

JRTL offer a unique range of heater lamps to provide a portable, controllable heat source to complement there range of Hot Bonding Controllers, Heater Mats and other systems.  They can be used in conjunction with bonders or remotely.

JRTL supply most types of production equipment and plant for the reinforced plastic and composite industry.  Our technical staff can also design and install workshops suitably equipped to fabricate, machine and assemble all types of structure.
