JRTL announces significant improvements of the Hot Bonding Controller Type HBC-4301. With its 2+ zones it is currently the most versatile bonder on the market. The origional was designed 5 years ago using the best available technology. Since then technology has moved on and so have we! With faster microprocessor, the upgraded model still has the advantage of using a PC as the operator interface, but now it has much more computing power in the Main Control Case.
The changes did not stop at the processor. All of the main electronics have been improved to match the speed and features of the chip and a graphic display has been added. This has not been included to compete with the large screen of the notebook computer, but to provide a more flexible display of the data at the control case. In summary the upgrade includes: - High speed microprocessor- Graphic display with multiple font sizes - Faster temperature reading updates - More stable vacuum control - Automatic local backup control in the event of a PC failure |
