JRTL are active in supporting a number of charities. This year we have donated 14% of our net profit and selected the following to give monies:
- Garden House Hospice: Provision of care and support to patients with a terminal diagnosis.
- Leprosy Misson: Helping with the well being of individuals and communities disadvantaged by leprosy.
- The Mental Health Foundation: Helping people survive, recover from and prevent mental health problems.
- Smile Train: Provision of cleft lip and cleft palate surgery for children, and cleft related training for doctors.
- The Princess Royal Trust for Carers: Provision of quality information, advice and support services to carers.
- The Prostrate Cancer Charity: Carrying out medical research into prostate cancer and research into living with the disease.
- BLESMA: Support for service personnel who lose the use of limbs or eyes in the service of our country.
- East Anglia's Children's Hospices: Support for families caring for children with life-threatening and complex healthcare conditions.
- Deafness Research UK: A medical charity for deaf and hard of hearing people.

- Marc Timmins (ex JRTL employee), Windsurfing4CancerResearch (W4CR) - SunriseSunset 2010 on 02/05/2010 sailed 118 miles in aid of Cancer Research!

- Sarah Cooper, cycled 172 miles from Salisbury Cathedral to Canterbury Cathedral in aid of Lady Mayoress' Charity Canterbury, which raises money for a variety of causes within the Canterbury and Coastal areas.
