JRTL are pleased to announce their partnership with Victory Lighting Limited – experts in Infra Red (IR) heating. The formal agreement was signed at Helitech in September 2009.
It enables JRTL to offer an extensive range of shortwave IR heater lamps and fittings adapted specifically for the composite & aerospace industries. IR lamps are 92% efficient at converting electricity into heat, giving considerable cost savings whilst providing a controllable, reliable heat source for instant temperatures up to 120+ deg C.
The early part of 2010 was historic for JRTL with the renewal of an agreement with messers CADEX (formerly Bittech Inc) for sole distributorship and product support of the Woodpecker and related accessories. This was carried out during our visit to Japan on 29th Janaury.
The territories covered by the agreement are:
- Europe, including: UK, Scanidiava, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, but excluding Russia and all other former USSR countries
- Near East, including: Israel, Turkey, Greece and all countries extending to India
- The whole African Continent
- The whole South American Continent
- Australia and New Zealand on notification basis
JRTL have introduced a range of Vacuum Barometers and Manometers to assist with vacuum leak detection. They offer a very quick & easy solution for assessing the vacuum level achieved & whether there are leaks within an evacuated part.
Vacuum Barometer Type JRTB-200/12 (pictured) displays the pressure of an evacuated part in absolute terms.
To carry out a timed, vacuum 'drop' test we would recommend our Type JRTB-8200 Series manometer with data logging & timing facility.

JRTL are pleased to announce we are now official distributors for the Premier / Vortex range, offering the most advanced vacuum connection solutions in the World. They manufacture fully serviceable, stainless steel: vacuum bag connectors, QRC couplings, assembled autoclave and workshop hoses. Premier design, manufacture and assemble in England.
All items have been developed to operate at a maximum sustained temperature of 232 degrees C.

JRTL have recently launched a range of Countdown Timers and Over-Temperature Sentinel Controllers used as modular additions for heat sources (eg.- IR heater lamps) & temperature control equipment.
The range offers simple, cost effective solutions for applications where it is not be viable to use a hot bonding controller or other costly equipment.
Please note the Countdown Timers can only be supplied with UK 3-pin plugs. JRTL can offer adaptors for overseas users.

JRTL are now able to offer a formal calibration service (traceable to National Standards) for the range of Woodpecker Tap Test equipment.
JRTL announces significant improvements of the Hot Bonding Controller Type HBC-4301A. With its 2+ zones it is currently the most versatile bonder on the market.
The origional HBC-4301 was designed 5 years ago using the best available technology at the time. Since then technology has moved on and so have we! With faster microprocessor, the upgraded model still has the advantage of using a PC as the operator interface, but now it has much more computing power in the Main Control Case.
